Good hours, good chance to move up if you work hard. Let them know you want to move up. The managers are nice

Cons

The further you move up the more politics there are. If you don't mind overdoing yourself and not get recognized but you are good at talking to the right people this is a fit.

Convenient location, good hours, and the customers in the community are really nice.

Cons

Management was young and the store always looked run down. We would get lectures on being more customer-centered, but then management did nothing to allows us to be proud of the store.
