Pros

If you are willing to work hard and care about your job Bashas will take care of you, and there Managers are very fair. Bashas has also done so much for the community, and food banks.

Cons

There is none just care about there customers and your job and you will keep it.

Pros

Great customers and it's a scratch bakery. Everything is fresh good hours.. plenty of.room to learn and grow within

Cons

Not too many really could use more hours with the donut sales and the schedule could use a little tweaking to optimize shift production

Can cross train in other departments to maintain hours. Can work other locations when hours drop

Cons

Nepotism and favoritism run rampant, managers are just puppets for district managers to place the blame on when your sales drop.
