      Pros

      Can cross train in other departments to maintain hours. Can work other locations when hours drop

      Cons

      Nepotism and favoritism run rampant, managers are just puppets for district managers to place the blame on when your sales drop.

      Right now, I have no pros, except my co workers

      Cons

      I have worked at Bashas for 9 months. Just was informed that I am part time and they are giving me 24 hours a week! I have NO insurance, NO sick time, NO pto. I have come in early EACH AND EVERY TIME they have asked me to. NEVER called in sick.
