Absolutely nothing, clocking out. Getting a few dollars in my pocket. Taking a well deserved break. Meeting some decent people that's it.

Cons

Poor management, bullying. Management has no clue poor leadership skills. Get ready to work while management sits on their butt all day and does nothing.
