Pros

Long standing reputation of charity in Arizona. Family owned and operated. Smaller structure for upper management makes them approachable.

Cons

The pay was reduced when we had a bankruptcy. Store managers lost up to 25% of their pay. We still have not been restored to salary from 5 years ago and we have no incentive programs.

This company strives to be a family oriented company. The deli was like a second family. Even friendships with other departments made working there easy, because everyone knew each other.

Cons

Sick time policy was horrible.
