Pros

Learn about big print processes, become familiar with printing technologies, expand graphics portfolio and knowledge, apply studio photograyph and AV knowledge, gain a number of mentors, and improve client communication. No day is the same, there are always new projects and tasks to fulfill and learn from. A great vision of service and cooperation. Positive environment, and great pay for an internship.

Cons

Extreme learning curve for those not accustomed to the "big league" desk jobs. Prepare to be stretched in multiple directions by all your supervisors giving you tasks. Interns tend to receive grunt work, so just have a good attitude.

Pros

Excellent benefits. The best retirement programs in industry. Solid future, people will always need electricity to power their lives. Great, rural, peaceful locations. Travel between facilities via private jet.

Cons

Headquarters is in Bismarck, ND. The workforce is set, once a person is on board, they rarely leave and termination is extremely difficult. The company tends to be headquarters focused rather than generation focused. They sometimes forget where their revenue is made.
