      Great benefits, awesome coworkers, family environment, competitive salary, new senior management

      Tends to stay with what has been working for years, instead of keeping up with the modern ways of handling employees and work environment and also work processes.

      Pros

      Depending your industry this can be a fairly nice paying company. If you're looking for a slower pace place to work with very good work life balance, you'll be happy. Pay is okay when compared to local alternatives.

      Cons

      Poor management from top down. Lots of turnover in management due to political fights it seems. Management doesn't communicate well. A lot of people try to work for life here. Talking to old timers, it seems every other decade or so a lot of people suffer with this plan as they get laid off & have to try to find a new career.
