Pros

Great entry-level position and company to get your footing. Get to work with some very talented individuals on the IT side of the company. Job security in the fact that many new stores open regularly along with supporting other subsidiaries of the business.

Cons

Minimal pay. Minimal flexibility for remote work. Pay is lower than standard for most if not all non-leadership positions (with rent and housing costs in Springfield MO skyrocketing). Lack of work-life balance due to over-bearing leadership. Goes through various rounds of layoffs and will instead off-load responsibilities to other members of teams instead of looking to hire new employees.
