      Pros

      - Good employee discount - Cool work environment - Clear ways to move up

      Cons

      - The schedule is always all over the place, with most departments having no emplyees in them multiple times per week, while other have five employees scheduled at once - No matter how much we need help, the company will not allow the hiring of additional employees due to high pay roll costs - Absolutely No Overtime in any scenario

      Pros

      If you love fishing and talking to people on a daily basis, this job is definitely for you. I loved working at Bass Pro every day, even on days you get some unruly customers, the comradery and purpose talking to anglers of all age groups made it worth it. Also an incredible employee discount!

      Cons

      Emphasis on CLUB as a metric of success rather than overall competence and skill. The pay could be a little bit better considering it is the best outdoor retailer in the country and the level of knowledge you need to have to talk to some of the more experienced customers. Additionally, leadership in some departments could have been much better considering the caliber of the store and its reputation.
