Pros

Great discount Good coworkers who are always there for you

Cons

Low pay Unfair treatment in the workplace. Hard work often goes unrecognized unless you have close relationships with management. Those with connections to senior managers are more likely to receive raises and recognition, while others who consistently perform well are overlooked, even when they advocate for themselves. Unfortunately, this reflects poor leadership and a lack of fairness from the management team. Old school system and they don’t invest enough money to improve it so that makes you work even more with really low pay.
