Pros

The discount, wearing shorts deepening on the MOD that day.

Cons

The managers, the pay, the mangers will change their mind on how to run the store everyday get mad at you and not tell you why. You will not get promoted, they will just hire a new person with little experience in the industry. you must sell more credit cards and get donations. unless if they like you. they will make you part time but work you 39 hours.

Opportunity to learn everyday either about the job or what you love about the outdoors. Always a way to earn extra pay. Interaction with oudoor enthusiasts . Develop relationships with customers. Scott is always there to listen and help.

Cons

Working every weekend is a bit much. Rotations or lack of can be overwhelming.
