Pros

Employee Discounts, Benefits, Good Training,

Cons

Good Part time Job, however only good for retirees, college students or those with unlimited availability. Calling off, swapping shifts, and very difficult (even when using the UKG App), and you get doc'd for EVERY attendance instance regardless of reason. Also they PUSH you to get people to sign up for the credit card, but associations only get $1 (and its taxed), so there is a big emphasis to sign everyone up, but only management reaps the benefits. Also the pay can always be better.

Pros

Job security since they have many people leaving, so odds of being terminated aren’t high

Cons

Not much room for growth; there were people there for 3+ years who were still at the entry-level position even though they had received high ratings for the annual personal review. No bonus Not flexible with hybrid work even though the job is very easy to do at home Expect only a 1-3% raise each year If you do get promoted to the next level, only expect a salary of $55k with no bonus Not a very flexible PTO package
