      Great company. Great owner. Drinking their own kool aid as far as the culture is concerned.

      Pros

      Work with like minded people in a truly unique environment. Good discounts on branded items. Great to children. Great owner

      Cons

      Corporate lacks structure and there is lots of infighting and one ups man ship because of it. They are drinking their own kool aid as to how "different" they are vs other companies. Not so much unless you mean less structure and therefore having to do things several different ways depending on what member of leadership whats today. Pricing structure is high and they bank on the unique experience to command it. In short a good old boys network where who you know is more important than ability. Its a shame because they could be run so much better.

      Bass Pro truely cares about the people they have woring for them. I honestly look forward to going to work.

      My experience working for this company was very busy at times and very boring at times.

      Pros

      I liked working there because we received a 40% discount on all items in the store.

      Cons

      The challenges working there was dealing with the public. Some customers were very rude to me which I had to control myself not to answere back because to customer is always right.
