Pros

they give away a lot of gift cards if you are a managers' pet.

Cons

pay is barely above minimum wage, raises are non existent. no praise or recognition from managers/leads on anything. Company has a terrible way of handling discipline and overall to many chiefs not enough Indians. Oh and good luck getting every other weekend off as they "guarantee".

Pros

Employee Discount very generous, being around my favorite hobbies. Co-workers are friendly.

Cons

Low pay, supervisors very biased, unwilling to accept innovation or new ideas. Co-workers are unengaged and seem run down by higher level management. The store is very 'clicky' and if you weren't there when they first opened like half of them are, then they will not like you or listen to you.
