Pros

Excellent benefit package including two weeks paid vacation and two weeks paid sick leave plus one personal day for a salaried employee.

Cons

Poor management in all departments I worked with. Man's company, where women are treated with less respect or less knowledgeable.

Pros

The flexable hours at Bass Pro were great. They were able to work with me and my hectic school schedule.

Cons

The way they do their performace reviews. I hated how they calcalculated your performance based on the time you were off of the phone. If you took too long between clocking in and getting on the phone you were docked percentage. If you were in the bathroom too long, you were docked percentage. And the only incentive they gave you for making your optium percentage was your 2 prefered days off.

Pros

The benefits are amazing because you get 40% off Bass Pro Brand, XPS, and Redhead. Management was very supportive of the time I needed off.

Cons

Management is not fair with promotions, hours, and sections for servers. Some managers are really bad about picking on one person and riding them the entire day.
