Pros

Fun atmosphere work with college schedule well

Cons

management are completely uninterested in making employees happy, important information never makes its way to the floor, and if it does its far too late to be helpful

Pros

The brand is unmistakeable which drives in business even during slow times. "Yes" mentality is always a plus for a restaurant and Bass Pro has a can do attitude when it comes to requests.

Cons

The job can never be done right. There is never enough focus on successes and too much focus on failures or shortcomings. Furthermore not enough is put into the restaurants to improve potential and there by making regulars for not only the restauarants but also the retail side.
