Pros

Working for Bass Pro Shops was very laid back and was a good atmosphere to be in. The employees and managers were easy to get along with.

Cons

The main downside of this job was the pay. Employees were rarely rewarded for hard work. Also, the store stayed open until 9pm but employees often worked until 10ish.

Pros

This is a great industry to work in. Sporting goods is very fun and can be very challenging. Employees that work there are very respectful and have a good attitude.

Cons

Very bad company to work for. Management does not care about its employees at all. Benefits are very poor. Communication is non-existant. Do not expect them to deliver on any promises that are given by HR for employment. Can be very dishonest in dealing with management.

I really can't think of anything negative,,its a good place to start out.
