      Pros

      It's a great place to work because of the atmosphere and you get to interact with customers. Most of them are happy customers.

      Cons

      Too many people working and not enough hours for full time sales except key holders

      Pros

      Fun workplace for a retail job. It's always exciting to see the new products coming in and helping people of all ages find nice gifts for themselves and others.

      Cons

      You are responsible for all store merch changeovers. A lot of the time you would be stuck there very late to handle store changes which were not properly organized. On-call shifts are the biggest downfall. You don't know if you are working until 2 hours before your shift. Makes it hard to plan your life around work. Also, the shifts are all short, usually between 3-6 hours.

      An Upbeat environment Sometimes you'll receive free products

      Cons

      High emphasis on selling with absolutely no incentives to do so. Even if you're on cash you're expected to sell last minute items to customers that are tracked. Kind of demeaning that prizes for highest seller was sometimes a piece of candy. On call shifts are terrible as well.
