      Excellent wage, Gratis and surprise and delight

      Cons

      Unflexible hours, mostly evenings. No creative freedom, inconsistent coaching. Manager not present and district manager called reasoning an "excuse"

      The wage and hours sucked but the sales experience I gained, will help me in future for sure!

      Pros

      - I love BBW products that's why I decided to work there. - I gained a better understanding of how to make sales and convince customers and make them feel the need of the product. specially when the customer is struggling with what they want, i loved to walk them through all the products and help them find the right one. This part of the job was very satisfying. So, if your looking for experience its a good opportunity.

      Cons

      - low wage $9.75 - if your a student the most hrs you will get is around 4-6hrs per week and if your availability is anytime, the most hours is only 18-20 hrs at most.
