      Pros

      Gratis when new products come out, trying all the products on the floor to see what you like. Can use discount at Victorias Secret.

      Cons

      Only get 30% off and can't combine with sales or promos. Ridiculously unrealistic expectations of sales associates and upper management doesnt really get it. managers of all kinds should have to work their way up to the positions, so that they can fully understand what they are asking their associates to do.

      No opportunities for growth or development Floorsets take FOREVER to execute District Manager was the MOST dishonest person I've ever worked for Payroll is minimal--operate at minimal hours on selling floor

      Fun, exciting work environment Lot of emphasis on new & current products & to keep the customer returning

      Cons

      Not a lot of consistency with hours. Frequency of updates & promotions is sometimes excessive, & company rarely delivered enough product to execute visual changes properly.
