      Pros

      Good discounts on product, great sense of a team, fast paced, energetic atmosphere, great ability to move up in the company quickly

      Cons

      The company is less concerned about gaining clients and more concerned about pushing product quickly. Some upper level management spends more time doing paperwork than actually assisting floor associates.

      Pros

      Friendly people and a caring atmosphere, Easy welcome video and one on one time with a manager during training, They make it easy to work there by giving you all the information you need to sell the products, High number of hours per week (I'm a student and I asked for 15-25 hours a week for summer. I almost always get at least 15, a lot of times the full 25 - with call-ins included)

      Cons

      Some "favoriting" between managers and sales associates. I quickly became a favorite because I worked my butt off and took other peoples' shifts. But there is a friendship between the managers and girls who have been there for years. Sometimes can feel like even though you're trying so hard, it's not good enough

      Not a high pressure environment for sales Friendly employees Rewarded employees at times

      Cons

      Not given a lot of hours Never given any chance of promotion , there for five years Did not have enough employees at times especially for floor sets, which resulted in staying longer than expected
