      Pros

      This is a fantastic place to work! The company places a high emphasis on the customer and they are constantly striving for excellence in everything that they do. The other people who work for the company are wonderful business partners, and they will do everything they can to ensure your success if you are willing to do your part.

      Cons

      The only downsides would be the ones typical to the retail industry: no holidays or weekends off, crazy hours, too much work to accomplish with not enough time in the day, etc. But, hey, it's retail and that's the nature of the beast, no?

      Pros

      Everything about Bath & Body Works makes it a great place to work. The products are amazing. The training and education allows you to talk with and sell to your customers. This organization lives by its values. I always leave feeling appreciated; the environment makes you want to do your best every day.

      Cons

      Can't think of any. If I had to come up with cons one would be that product sells quickly and you are not always able to meet the needs of the customer in the store. It would be nice to be able to help he customer by obtaining products online while they are in the store. But honestly, if you can find a con...

      Pros

      The floor setups were fun and the other sales associates were nice, some supervisors were better than others. Always busy.

      Cons

      Supervisors watch every thing you do, follow you around, make you tell them a story about your day before you leave.
