      Terrible Management

      Pros

      Great people at the technical level and very interesting projects. Years of poor management has resulted in the technical staff rallying together to combat against incompetence, which is an ironic “pro”.

      Cons

      Management has ruined what was once a respected and fulfilling place to work. Senior management bullies employees, including dressing them down in front of coworkers and clients for no good reason other than to get the ego boost. Mid-level management will pressure you to get work done on every single off-Friday and weekend. Lower-level managers provide no support although will sarcastically praise you if/when you make a mistake.

      employees are passionate about what they do and changing the world through science

      Cons

      old school when it comes to salary bands and promotions, in a bad way. if you dont have 10+ years experience doing X you cant get a promotion, regardless of how good you are a X. its why i left
