Pros

Most of the staff was friendly and great to work with. The hours weren't bad at all. Most nights the tips were pretty good and the restaurant draws a good crowd.

Cons

One manager was awful. You sort of feel like you are being over watched the entire time you are working. One coworker was let go for no reason after 4.5 years; a few months before she hit the 5 year rewards...very shady. The turnover of waiters was extremely fast.

Cons

can't do gratitude with party table anymore, so less tip from some party and some servers do not want to take party tables because of it.

the medial,dental and vision were very good...vacation after 6 months
