My co-workers are some of the best people I have worked with. Great benefits and perks for all (stocked kitchen all free) Training paid through HR dept not your local department Good exposure to customers Lots of opportunities to improve in your profession

Promotions and raises based highly upon who you know not what you know Very dysfunctional management due to politics and personal power struggles Making schedule milestones more important than product quality Product recalls are just work as usual Takeover by Valeant makes the focus on bottom line profits not the customer
