Excellent people. Good support of R&D. Good pay.

Cons

Certain managers refused to hire more staff to cover all the projects. Valeant will destroy this historic iconic industry. I predict the R&D and manufacturing still in Rochester will be slowly dismantled or shipped off to other locations within the next 2 years.
