Used to be a great place to work before acquired by Valeant.

Great benefits, decent salary, big name in Eye Health, products help millions of people everyday. Commute is pretty easy from anywhere.

Cons

Not much internal development, managers are only worried about themselves instead of developing talent. Valeant takeover has killed morale and it is not a fun place to work at this time.

Sale of company to Valeant is going to destroy B+L legacy. Valeant can't handle running a company this size so they will just dismantle it.
