Office has a friendly atmosphere, which fosters a pleasant work environment. There is a high interest in investing in employees.

Cons

There are stringent deadlines that will require you to put things aside. But if you are a hard worker then this should not be too much of a problem.

Was a great company until the Moisture Loc recall devastated its' market share and sales.

Pros

Great long-term employees, although they are dropping like flies. Still have a few good products left in OTC and lens care but competition is winning in the doctors' offices.

Cons

Bringing in mangers from the Presidents' prior company and has rapidly become an old boys club. Can't figure out how to market. Good employees are leaving because the culture is so bad. Upper mangement has no respect for the rank and file.
