      Great intro Med sales position. Company continues to move forward with sales training, product innovation and customer strategies.

      Cons

      Goal forecasting for sales force has been inadequate, thus the low retention rate in the company.

      Pros

      Fair compensation, excellent benefits, and a reasonable work load. Good offices, working conditions, and the general surroundings were conducive to productivity.

      Cons

      Not terribly visionary. Often too focused on today to the detriment of not watching out for tomorrow. The surgical market is changing on a constant basis. They aim too early, so that when they fire, the target has moved.
