      It is a typical factory except it has great benefits package

      Great benifits, including health dental vision and legal insurance

      Cons

      The pay for current employees is very low compaired to what other medical places offer. Starting pay was raised without raising the pay of current employees that has created a lot of tension. People who been there for years who now find themselves making less than people who just got hired this year.

      They really pay employees who have been there a while pretty reasonably. The company is changing and they are hiring a ton of temps. We actually have a temp agency working out of plant. WOW!!

      Do not make any mistakes. They will be documented and you will be held accountable.
