      Pros

      People who work for Bausch & Lomb UK are committed to improving the eye health of the patient. They are diligent and able to acheive more with less (which is not alway ideal).

      Cons

      Organisation seems to be in a constant state of "flux" with respect to people, product offering, and ability to execute with national accounts and independent eye care practitioners.

      Overall the people at Bausch & Lomb were great to work with. Therefore the environment I was in, was great.

      Cons

      Advancement and promotions do not occur often. The best way to get a promotion is to leave the company and get it outside.
