      Great people with which to work

      Pros

      Have left for a promotion but definitely miss the relationships I had with my colleagues which were encouraged by Management. I felt respected to a point, but I think it had more to do with where B&L is going right now.

      Cons

      Because of changes in direction, there is limited career advancement but I have noticed some upward mobility for some that deserved it- maybe things are changing. Also, Rochester, NY- not the most exciting place in the world.

      Pros

      There is not a lot of positives, other than it was close, but there aren't any major complaints either. Pretty common work environment for the size company.

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity for career advancement. I found they tended to hire externally for new opportunities within the organization.
