Pros

Great working environment. Everyone got along well. I was given big projects as an intern and was expected to handle them independently.

Cons

Little room for growth. Clocking in and out was annoying to have to do as an engineer.

Pros

benefits, still very good by industry standards Brent Saunders is no longer CEO, he took the money and ran.

Cons

Since being purchased by Valeant it's every man for himself. Management is only interested in themselves and keeping their own jobs. They have too many reports to be effective and work under a veil of paranoia. no one knows what the big picture is, because the CEO is too busy buying companies in his ponzi-like business model.
