Management is inept in dealing with employees No room for growth Below average pay plummeting shares under valeant pharmaceuticals very bad culture in the work place You get laid off only to be replaced a couple of months later

Great company. Great products. Sold products to optometrists. Great customer to call on. Optometrists wanted to see b and l succeed.

Cons

Not number one in the eye world. Laid off entire division. Very small sales force. Number one otc brand but not in the Pharma world.

Hours were great 6-2:30. Allot of gossip but if you avoid it the better. Great opportunities to move up in positions

Great benefits, vacation was 120 hours and sick time was 48 hrs. Bonus given on a yearly basis. Location was small.

Cons

Gossip ladies, preference for people, lack incentives, spent money on the customer, audit people instead of workers. Management lacked supporting manufacturing issues
