      Great company, wonderful benefits. Was only temporary and when offered a position job history background check was incomplete

      Pros

      Nice people. Small company feel and culture. No micromanaging. Good bonuses with easy to obtain Goals. Higher than industry salaries. Diversity. (They hire all kinds of people-old, fat,multi races-even in sales!!!) good Work/Life balance.

      Cons

      Looney Tune CEO. Poor vacation schedule. Lack of holiday time off. Irregular sample shipments.

      Like many have said... Prior to the buyout, it was such a great place to work. You felt they cared and wanted you to succeed. It seemed like a family...

      Cons

      Now that Valeant are the owners, they don't care about you, its all about the numbers and the turnover is crazy!!
