Pros

Very proud to have worked for a company that makes a difference in the world. You feel good at the end of the day knowing you are making a difference. The benefit package is above average. You learn quickly based upon your engagement. If you are a great multitasker this is the place for you.

Cons

There is favoritism amongst senior leadership. There leaders in place that will delegate their work on to you when there is more work of your own to complete. Can be a high stress position with little appreciation shown.

Pros

Hard to say, except for a name on the resume. They have a decent Cafe, and nice pond to walk around.

Cons

There at a lot of layoff's the CEO is trying to reorganize to sell. I would not recommend as your not promised you will have a role. They are transferring jobs to lower wage countries. People here are miserable. No training either and people are rude.

Pros

Incredibly good lunch room. Excellent manager in IT, Dawn. She's great!

Cons

Everything single other thing. Within my first 2 weeks of working there an email was sent out basically telling everyone to watch their backr. Apparently someone had just been fired for "sexual harassment". Except it turned out that all the guy did was approach a girl, in the lunch room, one time, and ask if she'd like to go to dinner. Then she reported him to HR for sexual harassment, dude lost his job. You could hear women bragging about the different guys they've gotten fired, it's a sick twisted place. I also got written up because a scuff mark was on my mandatory dress shoes. I had to walk a LOT, of course there's going to be scuffs throughout the day.
