Good work-life balance, benefits. Great learning opportunities and people to work with. Large company which talents can move internally in order to get diverse experiences

Cons

From what i have been informed, the salary is relatively lower compared to other competitors. Like other large coporation, things move slower.

Great people to work with, very challenging at times. Knowing that the products we make will help to improve people life's is really regarding.

Cons

Some managers seems to be lost, showing lack of knowledge, expertise and structure. Feedback to management isn't necessarily an easy task to achieve due to the lack of managers interest to receive it.
