      Pros

      The Culture here is phenomenal, ive been treated like family since day one. Everyone is positive and helps each other to grow professionally and personally. There is a lot of opportunity to move up and get promoted, one of the technicians i trained early on has become a Technical Trainer. Bay Alarm has an internal University to train technicians on the security systems that we install, so the techs are competent and confident on the job site.

      Cons

      The starting pay for technicians is a bit lower then some of the other security companies but the benefits bridge the gap for the most part. Bay Alarm offers matching on health care and retirement benefits (401K)
