Pay and commission is good when you are successfully selling and convincing potential customers that Bay Alarm is the right way to go.

Cons

When you are not selling, you are not making any money. Competitions like ADT, SimpliSafe, all got Bay Alarm beat in terms of monthly service and installation and they provide the exact same service at a fraction of what Bay Alarm costs.

The Bay Alarm value proposition is about working with a family owned company, which is local to our customers, and has been there for our customers for nearly 80 years. We encourage our Sales Reps to work with their manager to gain additional support if they need it.
