Pros

Great work/life balance and a friendly atmosphere. The owners and management team are very good to their employees and they provide an excellent place to work with promising career opportunities. The training programs are abundant and outstanding.

Cons

Not really a con, but if you are a nice person with strong core values and you know how to put in the effort...then you will do well at Bay Alarm. If not, this may not be the place for you

I've worked for Bay Alarm over 30 years. Great family to work for, hard work definitely pays off. Started with the first generation, now we are in the third generation. Work hard, play hard.

Cons

No real cons, I've been here to see all the growth a fabulous ride.
