Pros

An amazing company that stands by their core values and truley cares about their employees. They are transparent in their business dealings and stress open two way communication on all issues. I feel valued here and I want this company to continue to succeed. I am proud to be a part of this family, they push me to be the best version of myself.

Cons

They expect you to put in as much effort to ths they do to you. I think that is 100% fair but not everyone might agree, so I will list that as a con. If you want a job you can skate by in, this isn't the place for you.

Cons

Not many and still working here so they are doing something right. Average tenure for over 1,000 employees is 10 years, gotta be doing something right!
