      I don't really have any cons. I've worked here a long time because it is a solid company with great employees and engaged owners.

      Good commission structure, solid benefits, family owned and operated, good daily office atmosphere, flexible schedule, company pays mileage driven and other expenses

      Cons

      After first year the initial base salary slowly diminishes until they no longer pay you and the job is 100% commission based

      Great company with great people! Family atmosphere, and lots of food. Everyone is willing to help where needed.

      Not an easy job, but you get out what you put in.
