Well structured, professional company. The owners have always made strides to improve and reinvest in the business. Cutting edge and top notch customer service. Goals are attainable and bonuses are good. Owners encourage feedback.

Cons

Favoritism in certain branches. Pay needs to be more competitive as well as raises. Change out branch management. Not many bad things other than what was at my branch

Bay Alarm Company has provided my family and I with an excellent Company culture, fun, stable, and competitive work environment. Sky is the limit with earning potential when you put in the hard work. Bay Alarm is progressive in the products it delivers, as the economy and customers needs change, which has allowed for continual growth. Great place to call "work".

No cons. I wouldnt be here if the good didnt outweigh the bad.

Bay Alarm Company has been family owned and operated for almost 70 years. They genuinely care about their employees and treat you like family. I have been with Bay Alarm for 7 years and plan on staying here many more years. I thoroughly enjoy the people I work with and am very comfortable in this work environment. I have the autonomy to manage my own team with a strong infrastructure to support my efforts. Bay Alarm predominately promotes from within and there are always advancement opportunities throughout the company. I highly recommend Bay Alarm as a great place to work if you are looking for a long term career
