Pros

There was really good training and the management team was very helpful. Good opportunity for a lot of overtime everyday and on weekends.

Cons

The main con was that the starting pay was low and the room for raises were also very low.

Pros

Great group of like minded business people with a common goal to make money and solve problems. Most, if not all, management has worked their way up from entry level positions. Extremely profitable and debt free allows the company to invest highly in employees. A culture of people who get along and 'want' to work together....and lots of food.

Cons

Operations team could be upgraded in some respects. Good but not the best our industry.

- Compensation and Bonuses / - Benefits / - Hours / - Challenging

Cons

- Management/Supervisors (depending on what schedule you have some supervisors aren't the best to work for) / - Attendance strikes (even if you are deadly sick they stick with their motto regardless of the situation DON'T CALL OUT & DON'T BE LATE!) / - Micro managing (you are audited and held accountable for your ranking amongst other employees based on customer service, attendance, production score, and accuracy of how you handle alarms EVERYTHING IS RECORDED even when you walk to the bathroom there are cameras there is no room for error) / - Compensation ($16/hr. staring is a bit low for all that you are required to do but they do give raises if eligible every 90/180/365)/ - Training is intense if you go from working at Chuck E Cheese to here, get ready for corporate world!
