Pros
Benefits are okay. Paid time off accrues well the longer that you are with the company. Continued education offered through the company at no cost to employee. 401k match program is decent.
Cons
To few workers for all of the positions. Management always wanting to cut staff to a bare minimum with complete disregard of the employees or the patients that it is caring for at the time. Moral is at an all time low due to the fat that everyone is always on edge of keeping their position. High employee turn over due to working conditions and complete lack of respect given to the employees by management team.
