      Pros

      They pay you and mess it up from time to time, but at least they pay you.

      Cons

      You are considered the lowest of the company. You're just a transporter. You are pushed to get 3 patients an hour and whenever you voice opinions or concerns to management, you are never heard. I hate my job at BayCare, the only reason I'm still working there is because I need to make ends meet. They write you up for anything and everything, work you to the bone, degrade your work and efforts, and will literally write you up to keep you from transferring to a different department.

      Flexible work schedules. skills are not required.

      Cons

      Tablet, cell phone and study are not allowed in the patient room. You have to sit straight 8 hours even if patient is sleeping. Blanket is not allowed even if you are cold.

      Cons

      One of the most hostile work environments I have ever seen. Management's method is to threaten and intimidate employees instead of motivating.
