High caseloads have lead to high turnover in some areas. It’s a non-profit, so the salary is quite low. The benefits are through Cigna BayCare. You can only use BayCare doctors with this insurance. So if you’re established with non-BayCare physicians, be prepared to switch because they’ll deny coverage.

was not given accurate information regarding the ability to grow in my career, and got stonwalled trying to move up. tried for 3 years to be promoted, and only ones who got promoted were ones who want to look for another job, got an offer with higher salary/title, and then got promoted. BayCare needs to work on promotion from talent within.
