The customer service dept controlled by dictators and shady characters

Employees are a low priority to BayCare. Patient satisfaction is more important than employee satisfaction. High nurse turnover due to unsupportive managers. Money is their main priority. They hired a new president of the St Joe’s Women’s and Children’s who is an MBA with no healthcare background/education. I have recently left to go to a different BayCare facility. Benefits are not impressive. Expensive health insurance plan biweekly for being a health care company, where as a patient you are required to get all services through them and still pay copays and fees.
