      Great pay and benefits and overall great company to work for.

      Cons

      Lack of structure, poor communication and poor management. Techs get bullied to the point of crying and management just shrugs it off. Very upsetting and unprofessional environment. High employee turnover due to this. This should never be an issue at a large company such as Baycare. If an employee is bullied, HR should be involved immediately!! The manager and director should NEVER shrug this off because they're too busy to deal with it.

      Resources and higher pay then area hospitals

      Cons

      1-You only get paid for 3 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas and new years). So if you are scheduled on memorial day, labor day. 4th of July, Christmas eve, New years eve you don't get holiday pay. If you work night shift on the paid holidays you only get paid holiday pay from 7p to midnight not the whole 12 hours
