      Pros

      Pay is decent compared to most hospital networks in the area. Staffing is always a shortage and expected to have a heavy nurse to patient caseload.

      Cons

      Environment is toxic and sort of has that "who you know" atmosphere with respect to getting promotional opportunities. A bit of the old mentality of lateral nurse violence and eating their young.
